How does Fuelstate calculate my fuel plan?

Fuelstate uses a deterministic sports-science algorithm that factors in your body weight, run distance, duration, intensity, terrain, and conditions to calculate precise carbohydrate, hydration, and sodium targets. No guesswork — everything is based on exercise physiology research.

Does Fuelstate access my health data?

Fuelstate can optionally read HealthKit data (heart rate, workouts) to improve plan accuracy. This data is processed on-device only and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Fuelstate → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID — as long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your access will restore automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fuelstate → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

What products does Fuelstate support?

Fuelstate includes a built-in catalog of common endurance nutrition products (gels, chews, drink mixes, electrolytes, salt tabs). You can also add custom products from your own kit.
